Responsibilities
Create organizational structure to help scale AfterQuery
Develop metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to appropriately scale the organization
Be responsible for the delivery of high-quality data to the frontier labs
Work with engineering to iterate on an operational structure that can guarantee high-quality data production
Determine the salary and bonus of that organizational structure
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience leading operations in human data companies
Experience leading operations at companies known for solving logistical, marketplace, or real-world coordination challenges
Ability to reason about trade-offs and balance speed vs reliability
Strong communication skills and a bias toward ownership, curiosity, and delivering simple solutions to complex problems
