Responsibilities

Define enterprise Power Platform architecture, including Dataverse design, security model, ALM, environment strategy, and governance (DLP, CoE)
Architect scalable solutions across Canvas & Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, and integrations
Translate business needs into technical designs and oversee delivery quality
Design integrations using Azure Functions, API Management, Logic Apps, SQL, custom connectors, and third-party systems
Lead technical reviews, guide developers, support UAT, and ensure performance, scalability, and security
Collaborate directly with business and IT stakeholders onsite

Required

12+ years in the Microsoft ecosystem, including 4+ years in Power Platform architecture
Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, ALM, and solution packaging
Strong integration experience with SAP, Salesforce, SQL, Azure services, Dynamics 365, and legacy apps
Experience designing APIs, custom connectors, and Azure-based integrations
Strong governance, security, and environment strategy knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Onsite 5 days/week required

Preferred

PL-600 certification
Copilot Studio / generative AI experience
UiPath, AWS, or hybrid automation exposure
Enterprise modernization/migration experience
