Responsibilities
Connect the dots across various programs within a portfolio to simplify the 'why/what/how'
Partner with the Portfolio Leadership Team to unblock/guide program teams' delivery
Identify and/or simplify portfolio level processes enabling the org to operate smoothly
Develop a program structure and drive a program operating rhythm for Key Programs that they manage
Drive creation of program roadmaps and execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch
Collaborate with key stakeholders in executive teams, product management and engineering, and various cross-functional teams to effectively drive towards program outcomes
Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical issues and dependencies that need action and drive them through to closure; Communicate results clearly and in actionable form
Effectively balance business needs versus technical constraints
Communicate progress across the organization and at all levels; Includes program status, risks, dependencies, and change control
Thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos
Work well with others when conflicts arise, with the ability to influence others to work towards desired outcomes
Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently
Qualification
Required
Computer science education or equivalent experience
10-15 years of experience in technology focused programs
Experience with AI programs and AI tools to improve efficiency
Fluent in agile practices and SDLC
Familiar leveraging tools such as JIRA and Smartsheets and able to quickly onboard to other commonly used tools
Strong Program Management leadership experience, leading complex projects
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels
Ability to navigate highly matrixed organization
Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly, focusing on critical key points
Proven ability in unearthing and managing risks in the program
Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs
Experience with AI programs and AI tools to improve efficiency
