National Sales Representative
Anderson Trucking Service is seeking a motivated National Sales Representative to drive their business forward. In this role, you will manage a pipeline of prospects, build relationships with customers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored transportation solutions while meeting performance goals.

Managing a pipeline of prospects from outreach to close
Building strong relationships with customers and internal business partners
Conducting needs assessments and presenting tailored solutions
Meeting (and exceeding!) revenue, activity, and performance goals
Collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams
Maintaining clean CRM records and accurate forecasting
Representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualification
Required
2 to 3 years' experience in sales
Ability to manage a pipeline of prospects from outreach to close
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal business partners
Ability to conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions
Ability to meet and exceed revenue, activity, and performance goals
Ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams
Ability to maintain clean CRM records and accurate forecasting
Professionalism and enthusiasm in representing the brand
Driven by results and motivated by uncapped potential
Strong communication skills — persuasive, professional, and confident
Comfortable handling outbound calls, customer meetings, and presentations
Organized, disciplined, and proactive with follow-through
Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
