Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors to Lee Health
Simultaneously manages a portfolio of 175-200 prospects and donors, prepares and executes solicitation strategy plans for each including working with senior hospital leadership, physicians, board members, volunteers, senior development staff, or professional legal and financial advisors, to personally solicit gifts of $5,000 or more for established strategic philanthropic priorities
Works in a metrics and goal-driven environment requiring a minimum number of face-to-face visits with donors, dollar goals, and works effectively with other members of the Foundation team on identifying, cultivating and stewarding major donors
May serve as a liaison to a system priority area, facility, or geographic region as needed
This position serves as the strategic lead for the Foundations annual giving program, driving yearround donor engagement and philanthropic growth
Qualification
Required
1 year or more of experience in sales, development, marketing, communications, direct mail or general business
Preferred
Bachelor's Science
Bachelor's Arts
1 Year experience in sales, development, marketing, communications, direct mail or general business
