Intern, Industrial Engineering

They are seeking an Industrial Engineering intern to gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving supply chain environment, focusing on process improvement and data analysis projects.

Responsibilities
Innovate & Analyze: Work on real process improvement and data-driven initiatives that impact operations
Collaborate & Learn: Partner with operations and engineering leaders across safety, quality, inventory, packaging, planning, and maintenance
Cross-Functional Exposure: Participate in operational observations, process mapping, SOP and work instruction development, and vendor collaboration
Drive Excellence: Support GMPs and safety standards while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
Showcase Your Impact: Present your project results to leadership and highlight the solutions you helped create
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be a junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, and/or Supply Chain Operations
Cumulative 3.0 GPA or better
Must have at least one prior internship in a similar industry
Preferred
Knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, and/or Supply Chain Operations related discipline
Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, and/or Supply Chain Operations related discipline
Experience in logistics, manufacturing or a similar industry
