Responsibilities

Design, package, and deploy applications using Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune with an automation-first approach

Engineer software update management solutions for Windows workstations and servers

Build and maintain automated device provisioning workflows including Task Sequences and Windows Autopilot

Develop and maintain PowerShell-based automation for deployments, remediations, and configuration enforcement

Create and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and operational insights

Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues with a focus on preventing repeat incidents through automation

Collaborate with security and operations teams to create standardized, reusable baselines

Maintain documentation and internal tooling for repeatable MSP delivery

Qualification

Microsoft Configuration ManagerMicrosoft IntunePowerShell automationApplication packagingWindows update managementSQL for reportingWindows 10/11 supportAzure / Entra ID familiarityMSP experience

Required

3+ years of experience in endpoint or systems management

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune

Demonstrated experience automating workflows using PowerShell

Strong background in application packaging and deployment

Solid understanding of Windows update management

Experience supporting Windows 10/11 in enterprise environments

Preferred

Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and automation support

Experience with Intune Proactive Remediations and co-management

Familiarity with Azure / Entra ID concepts

MSP or multi-tenant environment experience
