Design, implement, and maintain durable, fault-tolerant workflows using the Temporal framework in Python
Design and implement scalable backend services and microservices to support complex business logic
Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints to connect backend services to the frontend
Design, optimize, and manage both PostgreSQL for relational data integrity and MongoDB for flexible, document-based storage
Develop responsive, maintainable, and user-friendly web interfaces using React JS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript best practices
Implement efficient state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand) to handle complex UI states
Seamlessly integrate the frontend application with backend APIs and handle asynchronous data fetching
Qualification
Required
12+ years of professional experience
5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
Strong, hands-on experience developing backend services with Python
Demonstrated experience designing and running applications using the Temporal framework
Proficiency in React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Deep understanding of PostgreSQL (query optimization, schema design) and MongoDB (modeling, indexing)
Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools
