Responsibilities
Analyze structured datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights
Assist in the development, validation, and optimization of regression models (e.g., linear, logistic, or other statistical models)
Write clean, efficient Python code for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and modeling
Collaborate with senior team members to translate business questions into analytical solutions
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and communicate findings through visualizations and summaries
Support model evaluation using appropriate metrics and validation techniques
Document methodologies, assumptions, and results clearly and effectively
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of professional or academic experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
Proficiency in Python, including common data science libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels)
Experience creating or assisting with regression models
Solid understanding of statistics and fundamental machine learning concepts
Ability to work with messy or incomplete datasets
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
