Responsibilities
Upload and manage daily video content across Fuse+, FAST channels, and third-party distribution platforms
Input and maintain metadata, thumbnails, and image assets to support accurate publishing and content discovery
Schedule publish and expiration dates for short- and long-form video content in alignment with programming calendars
Build and update playlists, rails, and featured modules within the online video platform
Help maintain and troubleshoot content feeds by tagging, organizing, and validating assets
Monitor Fuse platforms to ensure videos, captions, and ads are playing correctly and flag issues as needed
Perform basic quality control checks on video, audio, metadata, and imagery before and after publishing
Share updates on new content availability, publishing timelines, and technical issues with internal teams
Support high-volume content launches during tentpole moments such as festivals, premieres, and awards shows
Assist social, content, and press teams with video clips, still images, and promotional assets
Coordinate asset deliveries with external vendors and platform partners as directed
Participate in platform testing, workflow updates, and product launches as needed
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience working with video content in an OVP, CMS, or syndication platform environment
Hands-on experience preparing and publishing video content for OTT, VOD, AVOD, and/or FAST streaming platforms
Strong organizational and asset management skills, including tracking content through ingest, publishing, and archival stages
Working knowledge of video formats, captions/subtitles, aspect ratios, and basic platform delivery specs
Experience entering and maintaining metadata (titles, descriptions, categories, keywords, ratings) with accuracy and consistency
Familiarity with sourcing and uploading image assets such as thumbnails, key art, and channel graphics
Exposure to content scheduling workflows and editorial calendars for digital platforms
Ability to follow established file naming conventions, folder structures, and asset management processes
Strong attention to detail, especially when performing QC checks across video, metadata, and imagery
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Working knowledge of spreadsheets, FTP tools, and general productivity software
Preferred
Familiarity with social video publishing (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
Basic experience pulling platform analytics or performance snapshots
Experience resizing or editing thumbnails using tools like Photoshop or Canva
Introductory familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
Exposure to XML or JSON feeds and comfort making light edits if needed
General understanding of content rights windows or geo-restrictions through operational support
Interest in streaming platforms, digital media workflows, and emerging distribution tool
