Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of artist merchandise programs across multiple markets
Assist with product lifecycle management from concept through launch
Support onboarding and execution of physical merchandise, vinyl releases, and print-on-demand programs
Ensure adherence to operational processes, timelines, and quality standards
Track and analyze program performance, including sales, inventory, and operational metrics
Support category-level reporting and performance analysis
Assist with inventory tracking and forecasting activities
Partner with marketing, artist relations, industry partnerships, and operations teams
Coordinate merchandising initiatives with marketing and amplification efforts
Maintain alignment with U.S. and international teams supporting global programs
Timely and accurate execution of merchandising programs
Quality and accuracy of reporting and performance tracking
Contribution to merchandise sales and program outcomes
Operational efficiency and process adherence
Effectiveness of cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of experience in operations, retail, account management, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
3–4 years of experience working within large technology organizations (e.g., Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google)
Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Proven ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required
Fluency in English and Spanish required
Preferred
Experience in music, entertainment, or merchandising environments
Retail or e-commerce operations experience
Experience working in large, fast-moving organizations
Portuguese language proficiency
