Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into analytics solutions, KPIs, and dashboards
Support the development and execution of data strategy and governance initiatives
Promote data accessibility and literacy across departments
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights
Develop reusable datasets, semantic models, and transformations
Establish visualization standards ensuring clarity and usability
Maintain and enhance key master data domains
Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and alignment across systems
Manage processes for creating, updating, and validating master data
Partner with business and IT to enforce governance practices
Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies
Implement validation rules and quality controls
Document definitions, lineage, structures, and rules
Contribute to data catalog and governance framework
Work with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and others
Lead requirements sessions, demos, and trainings
Ensure internal customers benefit from insights and data assets
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years in data analytics, BI development, or master data management
Strong SQL and structured data experience
Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
Data modeling experience (star schema, semantic models)
Understanding of MDM principles and lifecycle processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience with Azure Data Services or Microsoft Fabric
Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools
Experience with MDM tools or ERP MDM modules
Python skills for processing or automation
Exposure to data governance frameworks
BI: Power BI, DAX, Power Query
Data: Azure SQL, Lakehouse, Fabric
Languages: SQL, Python
Governance: Data cataloging, lineage tools
Version Control: Git
