Responsibilities

Lead organizational change management efforts for strategic, complex initiatives within the business and with strong collaboration across business units
Conceptualize and implement strategic change management plans that will help drive business value around key initiatives
Assess and identify key stakeholders care abouts and creating scalable strategies for managing to expectations
Partner to develop and execute timely communication messaging and education programs that are aligned with the business change milestones
Partner to identify and drive key change readiness activities that align to the business value and benefits of initiatives, by utilizing various metrics and measurements
Use strategic, innovative approaches to build efficient, industry-aligned change management processes and procedures while helping develop a Center of Excellence that establishes enterprise standards and best practices
Effectively communicate change strategy, progress, and risks to executive stakeholders to drive alignment and timely decisions

Required

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
Experience supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide change management initiatives
Functional change management consulting experience
Experience with industry-leading change management methodologies
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred

Experience working in the Aerospace/Defense industry
Change management experience within Digital/IT functions
Experience developing and implementing strategic change management plans and deliverables for complex initiatives
Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders, aligning priorities, and driving cross-functional collaboration
Experience engaging with employees at all levels, including senior leadership, with the ability to simplify complex messages
Experience in project management and organizational change management methodologies
