Desktop Support Technician
Stanley David and Associates is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support in an enterprise environment. The role involves troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and related IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation for end users.
Responsibilities
Provide onsite technical support to end users for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
Support Windows operating systems and standard office applications
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
Configure printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
Manage user accounts and basic Active Directory tasks
Support email applications such as Microsoft Outlook
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and software installations
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Follow standard IT support processes and ticketing procedures
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and related IT infrastructure
