Responsibilities
Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data infrastructure
Deploying data pipelines across AWS (Glue, Lambda, EKS/ECS)
Cleaning and transforming data for engineering, analytics, and AI teams
Building reusable features for ML feature stores (Feast or equivalent)
Making database and tooling decisions across cloud and on-prem environments
Monitoring data quality, performance, and integrity in production
Qualification
Required
3+ years as a Data Engineer
8+ years in software engineering
Strong data modeling, architecture, and system design skills
Deep AWS experience (Glue, Lambda, EKS/ECS)
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Experience with MySQL, Snowflake, Cassandra
Strong understanding of PII, data governance, and secure data handling
Confident communicator with non-technical stakeholders
US Citizen or Green Card required
Preferred
Experience with Golang
Familiarity with graph databases (Neptune / Neo4j)
