Responsibilities
Partner with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to understand business requirements and design AI/ML solutions using AWS AI Services, Platforms, and Frameworks
Lead complex, multi-phase projects with autonomy and discretion, working with multiple customer and AWS teams to deliver business outcomes
Guide customers in architecting enterprise-grade GenAI solutions including AI agents, RAG applications, and AI-powered workflows
Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions from data aggregation through model deployment and production maintenance
Provide expertise on modern GenAI architectures including foundation models, prompt engineering, and agentic AI systems
Develop and deliver technical workshops and presentations on AWS AI capabilities to PE firms and portfolio companies
Collaborate with AWS specialist teams and system integrators to deliver comprehensive solutions
Qualification
Required
Experience in computer architecture, or experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals, including architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization of model execution
Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
5+ years of building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application experience
Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree
Travel up to 50% of the time
Experience leading workshops or technical enablement programs
Experience working in (or with) Private Equity firms, Hedge Funds, or Investment Banking specifically defining technology strategy or IT implementations/integrations related to Mergers and Acquisitions
Preferred
Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, machine learning, engineering, or related fields, or PhD
AWS Certifications - Machine Learning Specialty, Solutions Architect Professional
Experience with AWS AI services such as Amazon Bedrock (including AgentCore), Amazon SageMaker, Kiro, and Amazon Quick Suite, AWS Transform, Strands Agents
