Responsibilities
Advise senior sales leaders (Sales VP, Sales Directors) on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations to achieve short-term and long-term strategic priorities
Perform complex data analysis and share insights by leveraging tools like SQL, Tableau, Salesforce
Lead end-to-end territory planning and quota setting process
Lead ad hoc and operational projects that have regional or global impact, e.g. optimized territory planning, forecast modeling, process improvement and automation
Establish strong working relationships with colleagues in GTM Operations and cross-functional teams such as Finance, Pricing, Sales Leadership, Systems & Tools
Partner with Systems and Business Analytics teams to streamline and automate processes, enhance reporting and dashboarding capabilities, and explore opportunities to embed AI in the GTM Operations and Sales workflows

Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, finance, or an analytical/operational role
2+ years of experience operating with Excel
BA/BS degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field
Preferred
Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making
Experience in communicating effectively and presenting to Senior Executives
Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders
Experience working in the Ads Tech or SaaS industry
Experience with SQL
Motivation to stand out from the crowd, disrupting the norm to help their business win
Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high priority strategic initiatives
