Payroll Administrator
Elevate Digital is looking for a Payroll Administrator to assist their HR/Payroll team with payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with payroll laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salary adjustments, benefits, and tax deductions
Review and verify timesheets and attendance to ensure completeness and compliance
Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices
Prepare and file payroll tax reports and ensure proper remittance of payroll taxes and other deductions
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to support audits, reporting, and budgeting
Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and other payroll issues
Support system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements related to payroll operations
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive payroll information at all times
Qualification
Required
Expertise with multi-state payroll compliance
Comfortable working across multiple systems/time inputs
Very strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots, reconciliations)
Able to work independently and accurately with minimal oversight
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of payroll experience; experience with iSolved a plus
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems is a plus
Effective communication skills and ability to handle confidential data responsibly
