Responsibilities
Responsible for the validation of data, workflow, procedures, and processes within the loan area(s) which may include our other applications
Works independently with clients during the onboarding process to resolve any issues and engage other team members as needed
Works with banking product providers including but not limited to bill pay, imaging, and core processing
Travels to customer site for implementation if requested
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years' experience in banking operations is required
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, ticket tracking system, and customer service
Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends to support a customer go live
Organization and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Insurable driving record and proof of personal liability auto insurance coverage of at least $300,000
Preferred
Loan operations preferred
Knowledge and work experience with secondary loan servicing (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHLB, USDA, etc.) is a plus
