The Specialists Group LLC is a local insurance agency seeking a dedicated and customer-focused CSR / Loyalty Specialist in the insurance industry. This role involves engaging with clients to enhance their loyalty experience, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries related to their insurance policies and loyalty programs
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
Maintain accurate client records through data entry and update information in the CRM system
Assist clients with policy details, billing questions, and loyalty program benefits
Promote additional products or services that align with client needs to enhance customer retention
Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable
Follow company protocols, including phone etiquette and professional communication standards
Document interactions thoroughly to ensure quality assurance and compliance with company policies
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices

Required

Kansas P&C license within 90 days of employment
Life license, required after a year of employment
Customer support experience, preferably with insurance agency or previous experience in a client services role
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities for client engagement and upselling
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Strong analysis skills to interpret client data and provide appropriate solutions
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required
Typing speed and efficiency for quick data entry during calls or interactions
Bilingual capabilities (English required; additional languages are advantageous)
