Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems effectively and efficiently
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and operating systems
Collaborate with systems engineering teams to ensure optimal system performance and reliability
Monitor system performance, conduct load balancing, and implement necessary adjustments
Support database management
Implement security measures to protect information security across all platforms

Required

Proven Help Desk experience in IT
Skilled in Microsoft TEAMS, SharePoint, and Servers
Understanding of server migrations
Familiarity with operating system (Windows), and simple computer networking concepts
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively
Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented mindset to assist users at all levels
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Driver's License
Ability to Commute: Green Bay, WI 54344

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
SharePoint: 7 years

VoIP: 7 years

Software troubleshooting: 7 years
