Responsibilities
Research and book podcast guests aligned with Mito’s brand and audience
Coordinate scheduling, prep docs, and guest comms
Run or support live recordings (Riverside, Zoom, in-studio, etc.)
Manage episode assets (audio, titles, descriptions, clips)
Assist with basic editing or handoff to editors
Help publish episodes across platforms
Support promotion via clips, captions, and distribution planning
Help document and improve the podcast workflow as we scale
Qualification
Required
Prior hands-on podcast experience (booking, producing, editing, or promoting)
Comfortable communicating with guests and internal stakeholders
Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
Strong written communication
Familiar with common podcast tools (or adjacent creator tools)
Preferred
Interest in health, wellness, longevity, or media is a plus
