They are seeking a driven Application Specialist who will be the first impression of their mortgage experience and play a critical role in driving revenue by engaging with motivated borrowers.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from motivated borrowers generated by our marketing engine
Engage prospects with confidence and professionalism
Take concise loan applications and gather key borrower data
Strategically route opportunities to Loan Originators for structuring and closing
Manage and nurture leads within our CRM
Help maximize marketing ROI by ensuring no opportunity is missed
Encourage in-person consultations to deepen client relationships
Support referral generation by creating outstanding borrower experiences
Strengthen loan officer efficiency through intelligent application flow
Qualification
Required
Exceptional phone presence and customer service ability
Natural rapport-builder who earns trust quickly
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-moving sales environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Positive attitude with professional confidence
Adaptable in changing market conditions
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel
Committed to confidentiality and compliance standards
Preferred
Encompass LOS familiarity
Mortgage or financial services exposure (Loan Origination License is a PLUS!)
Inside sales or high-call-volume experience
