Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage a special operations project from start to finish
Organize and run audits and testing for 75+ merchants (in person and with Dashers)
Compare in-store findings with merchant data to spot errors or gaps
Track progress, results, and follow-ups using spreadsheets and internal tools
Work with operations and integration teams to fix and update merchant data once verified
Identify patterns, risks, and repeat issues that impact fulfillment quality
Qualification
Required
Very strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable managing large volumes of detailed work
Confident using spreadsheets to track and report information
Able to work independently in a fast-moving, sometimes unclear environment
Clear communicator who can work with multiple teams
Preferred
Experience in operations, audits, field work, or data-driven projects is a plus
