Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalency
Must be able to complete at least 20+ working hours between Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST
Must be 18+ years of age
Preferred
Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in cyber security or related field preferred
Two or more semesters of related technology coursework preferred
Strong technical aptitude, initiative, creativity, and excellent customer service skills
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and critical thinking
Strong documentation and writing skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication
Ability to plan and organize multiple tasks
Solid work ethic and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and on team assignments
Self-motivated with the ability to drive personal development and process improvements
