Perform preventative maintenance duties and unit inspections
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
Perform turnovers and renovation of apartments
Attend to work responsibilities as the community is open 24/7, with potential weekend or overnight hours
Qualification
Required
Three to five (3-5) years of engineering experience
Strong customer service skills
High school diploma
Ability to lift (60 lbs.) and safely move appliances
Comfortable working with heights up to 25 feet
Preferred
Experience in multifamily or hospitality environments
