Responsibilities
Collect, explore, and analyze business data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Partner with stakeholders to define BI projects, influence decision-making, and support better business outcomes
Build, test, and improve data processes—ensuring optimization efforts are implemented, monitored, and evaluated post‑deployment
Review dashboards, reports, and data solutions created by peers and junior analysts, offering guidance and troubleshooting support
Design clean, structured data models and prepare datasets that serve both guided and self‑service BI users
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical assets using leading BI tools
Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, compelling manner
Investigate data anomalies, identify metric drivers, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of the data catalog
Mentor team members on how to use data to drive change and maintain a growing presence in the analytics community
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
5–8 years of hands‑on experience building data visualizations in large-scale or complex environments
Strong SQL skills
Experience with Tableau and Tableau Server
Preferred
Understanding of organizational data flows and how analytics supports decision-making
