Responsibilities
Compile counts of monthly scheduled monitoring inspections
Maintain Daily and Quarterly Electronic Instrument Calibrations Logs
Build monitoring routes
Upload and Download inspection routes
Maintain Delay of Repair records
Review Technician Performance Reports and communicate findings to Site Supervisor
Enter OGI Inspections
Review and enter field edits submitted by technicians
Compile Monthly OGI Reports for client(s)
File paperwork
Provide component information to monitoring & lead technician(s) as well as Site Supervisor
Complete all assignments within the scheduled timeline
Understand and possess the ability to perform EOM (end of the month) close out
Schedule workday workload based off the importance of the days, weeks, months agenda
Treat peers with mutual respect, demonstrates integrity, present self in a professional manner
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
Ability to be organized and work in a systematic and efficient manner
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English
General computer knowledge, Microsoft Word and Excel, email skills
Intermediate to Advanced data entry skills, including 10-key
Ability to take direction and carry out tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to work well with others in a group setting
Accept constructive feedback and adjust as necessary
Understand and promote company values
Perform work in a safe and healthy manner
Preferred
2+ years' Oil & Gas Industry experience
5+ years' Database experience
Some experience in an administrative position is preferred but not required
Some experience in an industrial work environment is preferred but not required
