Responsibilities
Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Develop and maintain asynchronous processes including Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods, and Scheduled jobs
Write efficient and optimized SOQL and SOSL queries based on business use cases
Create robust Apex test classes ensuring high code coverage and adherence to Salesforce best practices
Hands-on experience working with Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, etc.)
Experience with Service Cloud (Cases, Service Console, Omni-Channel, etc.) is a strong plus
Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Enterprise Messaging / Event-driven frameworks
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using middleware or ETL tools such as Boomi is a plus
Ensure secure and scalable data exchange between Salesforce and third-party systems
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
Provide architectural inputs and contribute strong opinions on solution design and implementation approaches
Identify and recommend the right Salesforce features, configurations, and customizations to meet business needs
Analyze and debug issues using Salesforce Debug Logs, IDE tools, and the Salesforce Developer Console
Debug Apex code, Lightning components, Flows, and Process Builder automations
Proactively identify performance and scalability issues and propose fixes
Work within a structured release management process, including sandbox management, deployments, and version control
Support testing phases such as system testing, regression testing, and UAT
Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Salesforce Security Model, including: Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, OWDs, Field-Level Security
Implement security best practices in Apex and Lightning development
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Salesforce development using Apex and Lightning (Aura/LWC)
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and governor limits
Familiarity with Scrum / Agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience with Service Cloud implementations
Prior exposure to Boomi or other middleware/ETL platforms
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud, etc.) are a plus
