Office and Inventory Administrator
Rita Leibinger Medical - Veterinary Orthopedics is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office and Inventory Administrator to join their veterinary orthopedic medical device team. The role involves managing administrative tasks and facilitating inventory fulfillment to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including shipping packages, managing invoicing of customers, answering support phone and emails, etc
Manage medical device inventory
Offer support in planning educational workshops for veterinarians
Perform administrative tasks such as typing documents, filing, and data entry as needed
