Responsibilities
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
Design and implement workflow solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented workflow solutions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar inspection role
Strong attention to detail
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience with quality control processes and standards
Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
