Responsibilities

Delivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (design, implementation, testing, delivery and operations), based on definitions from more senior roles
Advises immediate management on project-level issues
Guides junior engineers
Operates with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices
Applies knowledge of technical best practices in making decisions
Promote and encourage a culture of quality throughout the organization
Remove barriers to automation development, execution, and maintenance
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify automation requirements for new features
Own the implementation or enhancement of automation framework features
Maintain a roadmap of automation improvements
Collaborate with tooling and release teams to achieve results efficiently and accurately

Qualification

Required

3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of overall testing experience
3+ years of mobile automation experience
Strong problem-solving ability with a passion for debugging complex issues
Strong communication and documentation skills
Experience writing mobile Android tests using Compose
Experience with a version control system (GIT, SVN, or similar)

Preferred

AI skills are a plus
