Serve as the main liaison with external testing laboratories, crafting and refining testing protocols
Ensure test protocols are accurate, complete, and meet quality requirements, adjusting them as necessary for consistency
Coordinate efforts to finalize approximately 250 testing protocols within a deadline
Document progress meticulously and provide consistent updates on status
Identify any risks or delays in the process and create strategies to address them effectively
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in quality assurance, testing, or compliance within relevant industries such as consumer products
Understanding of laboratory testing environments and various testing methodologies
Exceptional skills in documentation review and technical writing
Ability to manage complex deliverables under strict deadlines with precision
Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
Self-directed work ethic with the ability to collaborate across multiple external partners
Preferred
Experience in working with third-party labs or certification entities
Background in private label or retailer-owned brands or global program support
Project management experience ranging from four to five years
