Responsibilities
Lead inspection peers in daily inspection work area assignments
Lead in shifting inspection assignments to ensure production needs are met
Ensure new inspectors are trained/certified in assigned areas
Demonstrate organizational skills and engage with the team to ensure success
Ensure Leadership is informed/notified regarding discrepancies that could impact production

Strong Attention to Details
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and support business needs
Ability to quickly learn multi-inspection / verification methods and requirements
Must have good work habits, including being in the work area and on the job during all scheduled work periods
Must have acceptable attendance record
Good organizational skills
Demonstrate ability to lift 40 lbs
Work in heat/cold and wet/dry conditions
Interim Secret required to start with ability to obtain secret security clearance
High School Diploma or GED required
Successful completion of AIDT training required prior to start
1 year requirement as an assembler
Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations
