E-Commerce & Analytics Manager

The Peace Center is a major nonprofit performing arts center serving a growing and sophisticated audience in Greenville, South Carolina. The Digital Experience & Analytics Manager is responsible for optimizing the Peace Center’s digital platforms to support the organization’s expansion, enhancing user experience, improving site performance, and driving engagement through SEO and data insights.

Responsibilities

Utilize and update analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as website traffic, user behavior, and conversion performance
Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to drive website optimization, digital marketing effectiveness, and business growth using SQL to extract data from relational databases
Provide training and support to internal teams, empowering them to leverage digital tools, A/B testing and analytics insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance
Write, maintain and debug scripts for data extraction, transformation, and automation using Python, SQL, or other programming languages and document processes
Build and maintain API integrations between ecommerce platforms and data analysis tools
Work across functional areas to strive for and ensure consistent data quality, monitoring Ecommerce data consistency and integrity across the business
Lead the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the Peace Center’s websites, WordPress portals, and mobile applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user satisfaction
Collaborate with external technology partners to ensure effective implementation, integration, and tracking of digital marketing initiatives across all platforms
Oversee the integration and optimization of eCommerce, including Tessitura Network (T-NEW), delivering seamless, brand-aligned user experience
Implement traffic management solutions, such as Queue IT, to manage high-traffic events and ensure the website performs during peak periods
Act as the primary contact for addressing technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and the smooth execution of digital strategies
Lead Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives with strategic site design, content, metadata, and keywords to enhance organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic
Partner with the marketing team to ensure website content is aligned with SEO best practices and optimized for both search engines and user experience
Continuously refine and improve website content to increase engagement, maximize visibility, and improve conversion rates across digital platforms
Maintain consistency in brand messaging and content accuracy, ensuring a compelling, cohesive user experience across all digital touchpoints

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, management information systems, or a related field
3+ years of website management experience, including proficiency with content management systems (CMS), and CRM database experience, preferably with Tessitura
Proficiency in SQL or Python. Comfortable writing and executing code for analyzing large datasets
Experience with creating digestible data visualizations, one-pagers, and PowerPoint slides to communicate to a varied audience in business presentations
E-commerce experience with online analytics platforms including WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, PowerBI, Tableau, and API integration (experience with tools like Zapier a plus). Familiarity with REST API to transfer data between applications
Experience in UX design, email creation (Wordfly), video editing, and customer journey mapping
Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide QA support
Proficiency in digital project management tools (e.g., Asana, Teams, Airtable) and the Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented, problem-solving skill with a consultative approach to cross-functional collaboration
Experience managing external vendors and overseeing business-critical projects
