Branch Executive Assistant

The Branch Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and the Advisory Board, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities
Uses discretion and independent judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
Maintains highly confidential executive and Board files and correspondence
Produces and maintains minutes for meetings of the Advisory Board of Directors and other committees and standing meetings as required
Coordinates arrangements for meetings of various committees, task forces, public officials and groups
Maintains computer databases for various reports, committees and mailings
Coordinates annual schedules for Advisory Board of Directors and management meetings
Maintains organizational chart(s)
Coordinates staff business cards, stationery orders and office supplies for business/administrative offices
Provides support for the Annual Campaign at the direction of the branch executive director
Ensures donor stewardship plan is executed upon in conjunction with the branch executive director
Ensures Raiser’s Edge SOPs are followed at the branch for all donors, prospects and partners
Ensures bank deposits are completed in accordance with association SOPs
Gathers data, compiles and prepares all national statistical and assigned strategic plan reports
Plans, organizes and participates in special events based on branch needs
Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of two years of administrative experience with enhanced knowledge of office processes and procedures
Proficient in all standard business software
Ability to establish and maintain collaborations with community organizations
Ability to work with integrity, discretion and a professional approach
Must be fluent in spoken and written English
Obtain and maintain all new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire
