Responsibilities
Develop, write, edit, and format technical documentation including process manuals, system specifications, guidelines, and procedure manuals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret documentation requirements
Standardize content across platforms and formats to ensure consistency and clarity
Review and edit existing documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards
Work closely with project teams to understand technical details and translate them into appropriate documentation
Convert complex technical terminology into clear, user-friendly language
Perform periodic reviews and updates to ensure documentation reflects current processes and changes
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field OR currently enrolled in one of these programs at an accredited college/university
2–5 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar technical documentation role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation
Proficiency with MS Office and documentation tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams
