Responsibilities
Guide, interpret, synthesize, and analyze results from ECD ongoing monitoring systems, data management systems, and assessments
Lead data collection, management and analysis for Early Childhood Development
Provide evaluation direction and hands-on support to ongoing program evaluation projects
Lead champion for using the learning from evaluation and other sources to strengthen ECD’s program design and management
Strengthen ECD program design and evaluation through outcomes guided evaluation and data driven decision making
Promote school readiness by preparing children and families for school and life success as it relates to this position
Actively supervise children by sight and sound at all times and in all environments
Maintain all health and safety regulations to create an optimum learning environment
Facilitate health practices to keep children safe in the school bus, outdoor and indoor environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or advanced degree in public policy, public administration, program evaluation, a social science discipline or related field, with significant coursework in research methods and statistics
5 years experience developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems, program evaluation, administrative analysis
Combination of technical, analytical and managerial capabilities with proven record advanced data analysis knowledge and skills
Passion and curiosity for data and how evidence informs practice in Early Childhood Development programs
Must demonstrate excellence in oral and written communications
Use of computer, projection equipment, computer software programs (e.g. Microsoft Office, Adobe) and web based systems are required
Preferred
Knowledge of early childhood development and/or Head Start Program Performance Standards
