Senior Project Manager – Digital Agility Coach
Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will serve as a Digital Agility Coach for Agile teams. This role focuses on coaching teams in Agile principles to enhance performance and value delivery while supporting enterprise-wide adoption of Lean-Agile practices.

Responsibilities
Coach Agile teams in self-organization, self-management, and continuous improvement, guiding teams toward higher levels of maturity and performance
Act as a servant leader, influencing through collaboration and persuasion rather than authority
Support team members in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and effective decision-making
Foster a culture of trust, transparency, accountability, and psychological safety
Encourage high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
Facilitate all iteration and Scrum events, including planning, daily syncs, reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning preparation
Ensure alignment with the ART cadence and synchronization, supporting dependency management, Release on Demand, and fast learning cycles
Collaborate with Product Owners to maximize solution value and maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
Establish and maintain Kanban boards and information radiators to improve transparency and flow
Measure and optimize flow, competency, and outcome metrics (OKRs) to improve team performance
Apply expert knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Flow, Built-in Quality, BDD, and related Agile practices
Coach Built-in Quality practices to enable fast, reliable execution
Facilitate cross-team collaboration to deliver end-to-end product solutions
Represent the team in ART events and participate in other teams’ events as needed
Coach and support the IP Iteration, ensuring time is reserved for innovation, learning, PI Planning, and Inspect & Adapt events
Support enterprise-wide SAFe adoption by coaching stakeholders and non-Agile teams on effective collaboration
Participate in Communities of Practice (CoPs) and partner with SAFe Practice Consultants (SPCs)
Serve as a Lean-Agile Leader, modeling SAFe values, principles, and mindset
Help teams develop T-shaped skills and a continuous learning culture
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enable predictable forecasting and delivery confidence
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach in a large enterprise environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Strong expertise in Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, and AgilityInsights
SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) certification - required
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
