Director, Personalization & Automation, Go-to-Market

Responsibilities
Develop a marketing automation roadmap and execute against this in tandem with product, tech, and marketing teams
Develop go-to-market strategies for new consumer-facing products that balance commercial opportunities with user experience
Use data and experiments to inform product development and product strategy
Use AI and a range of software tools - including ChatGPT, Claude, Snowflake, Google Workspace, and Iterable - to develop efficient workflows that create personalized, custom experiences for users
Identify opportunities for new product and commercial opportunities
Qualification
Required
12+ years experience in a Go-to-Market, Strategy & Operations, or Automation role
Relevant experience and/or relevant college degree
Ability to automate and create efficiencies using AI and cutting edge technologies
Ability to analyze complex data and draw conclusions
Proficient in SQL
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to work collaboratively
Experience in gaming or consumer-facing apps
Entrepreneurial spirit, high agency, and a self-starter
Preferred
Experience in the ads industry and/or go-to-market
Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing market conditions
Excellent project management and organizational skills
