They are seeking a Senior Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Engineer to be responsible for the planning, engineering, implementation, and operational support of Azure Virtual Desktop and related cloud infrastructure services, engaging with various stakeholders to ensure stable and secure solutions.

Responsibilities
Engineering and operating Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) host pools, session hosts, images, and remote app delivery through AVD lifecycle operations including image updates, host refresh cadence, validation, and change execution
Monitoring and troubleshooting performance, capacity, and session stability; drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes
Coordinating with SRE, Network, Security, and Cloud/Infrastructure teams to resolve cross-domain dependencies
Producing clear runbooks/SOPs, technical documentation, and customer-ready communications for maintenance and outages
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
Minimum 5 years of related experience Required
O365 Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) Required
Microsoft Azure Administrator AZ-104 Required
Preferred
Azure experience (AVD, compute, networking, storage) preferred
Cluster/pooled environment management Preferred
