Internship- Training & Quality Intern

As a Training & Quality Intern, you will support the team in training activities and quality assurance tasks, working closely with trainers to ensure materials are current and performance is tracked.

Responsibilities

Help create, update, and organize training materials such as presentations, job aids, and reference guides
Assist with onboarding and ongoing training sessions (prep materials, track attendance, gather feedback)
Support quality assurance reviews by listening to calls, reviewing work, or checking documentation against quality standards
Help track QA scores, training completion, and performance metrics in spreadsheets or systems
Compile data and assist with basic reporting for training and quality results
Document processes, updates, and best practices
Help identify common errors or coaching opportunities and share findings with the team
Provide general administrative and project support to the Training & Quality team as needed

Required

A student or recent graduate interested in training, quality assurance, or process improvement
Strong attention to detail and organization
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and ask questions

Preferred

Experience with QA/Training design
