The Systems Specialist plays a key role in supporting on-site warehouse operations by utilizing Power BI expertise to drive operational KPI reporting and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze, and distribute daily and weekly operational KPI reports and performance summaries
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to support operational visibility and decision making
Maintain and update reporting files and dashboards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
Validate data quality and identify trends, deviations, and operational issues
Support basic root cause analysis related to operational performance
Manage and analyze data from warehouse systems, including inventory, inbound and outbound movements, productivity, and cycle times
Coordinate with Operations and IT teams to align metrics, definitions, data sources, and business requirements
Document processes and workflows and support SOP development
Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives using Microsoft tools
Propose enhancements to reports, processes, and tools to improve operational decision making
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in operational reporting, data analysis, or process support, preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment
Required expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization best practices
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with SharePoint for reporting and collaboration
Experience analyzing warehouse operational data such as inventory, throughput, productivity, and KPIs
Knowledge of statistics applied to operational data analysis
Experience working with large data sets and multiple data sources
Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to meet daily deadlines
Strong analytical mindset with a continuous improvement focus
Ability to work in a structured environment and perform under pressure
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Proactive in identifying process improvement and automation opportunities
Ability to clearly and effectively document processes and workflows
On-site presence required in a warehouse operations environment
Preferred
Experience with Power Automate is a plus
