Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry. They are currently seeking a Senior Programmer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core functionality of the internal Property Management System (PMS), collaborating closely with Development and Operations teams to ensure system stability and deliver features.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain core PMS functionality using .NET technologies
Contribute to system design, technical decisions, and implementation approaches
Build and support complex workflows and integrations
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code aligned with established standards
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security
Estimate and deliver development work in alignment with agreed priorities
Collaborate with the Lead Programmer to sequence work and manage dependencies
Balance feature development, defect resolution, and technical debt
Take ownership of assigned features from design through production support
Partner with support/DevOps resources to troubleshoot production issues
Participate in root cause analysis and post-incident improvements
Support release planning, testing, and deployment readiness
Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge sharing

Qualification

.NET developmentC#ASP.NETSQL ServerAPIsCollaborationProblem-solving

Required

5–10 years of professional software development experience
Strong background in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)
Experience building and supporting production systems
Exposure to system integrations, APIs, and data-driven applications
