Responsibilities
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of file transfer services
Provide high-level technical support and problem management for complex file transfer systems
Analyze existing systems and formulate requirements for new implementations
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and adherence to standards
Participate in strategic planning and architecture design for system enhancements
Assist in user transition and implementation of new systems or programs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with IBM Connect:Direct, IBM Sterling File Gateway, and Axway Secure Transport
Strong knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting
Ability to troubleshoot complex configurations and provide effective solutions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored for diverse audiences
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Ansible and Python for automation tasks
Experience in both Unix and Windows environments
Knowledge of digital certificate installation and use
