Fahlo is seeking a Creator Partnerships Manager to build meaningful relationships with creators on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The role involves managing outreach, developing creative strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead mass outreach to creators across TikTok and Instagram to generate consistent UGC volume for paid ads
Build a repeatable pipeline of creators we can scale with
Manage creator relationships from first DM to repeat performer
Handle deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and payouts with speed and clarity
Set the vision for on-brand UGC that still feels native to each platform
Develop creative briefs informed by trends, performance data, and audience insights
Identify and test new content formats (hooks, storytelling styles, product education, social proof, etc.)
Stay ahead of platform trends and translate them into scalable creative opportunities
Partner closely with paid media to understand what’s working and why
Analyze metrics such as hook rate, thumb-stop rate, CTR, CVR, and CPA
Use performance insights to iterate quickly and guide creator feedback
Turn audience behavior and platform signals into repeatable creative frameworks
Design and improve systems for:
Creator outreach & tracking
Asset delivery and approvals
Performance tagging and iteration
Management & growth of TikTok Shop
Look for smarter, faster ways to scale output without sacrificing quality

Required

5+ years experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, or UGC-driven growth
Hands-on experience sourcing creators for a variety of social platforms
Experience growing and managing TikTok Shop
Strong understanding of what makes UGC perform in paid social
Comfortable managing high volume
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into creative action
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
