Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee field service activities including complex inspections
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs

Required

The successful candidate will have 9+ years of active field experience, computer skills (to properly fill out daily and weekly reports) and also be capable of photo documentation with working knowledge of Word and Excel
High school diploma or equivalent
Travel requirement is based on project location
Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordination and reporting
Physical ability to work in rugged environments and perform field labor as needed
Ability to resolve minor issues independently and escalate larger risks appropriately
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and compliance in all field tasks
Organized and responsive to changing site conditions or project priorities
Understanding of environmental protection and workplace safety culture
Capable of representing field operations in meetings with internal or external stakeholders
Demonstrated commitment to reliability, accountability, and professional conduct
Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with contractors, regulators, and clients in the field

Preferred

Associate's Degree
Technical certificate or associate degree in environmental science, construction management, or related discipline
Knowledge of transmission line work, foundations and stringing of conductors, and transmission substations and facilities, are all strongly preferred
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and First Aid/CPR certification
