Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Computer Science or Information Systems from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in APIs, micro services, XML, and EDI specifications
Proficiency in creating and managing APIs, including RESTful and SOAP protocols. Knowledge of tools like Swagger and Postman for documentation and testing
Familiarity with agile, scrum, and other development methodologies & knowledge of industry standards/best practices surrounding all aspects of the Electronic Data Interchange Life Cycle
A strong knowledge and understanding of security measures like OAuth, JWT, and HTTPS to ensure secure data exchange
Experience collaborating directly with customer technical and operations teams to document and interpret stated project objectives in the context of available IntelliTrans solutions including working with customers to define data flows and data mapping between systems
Skills in data mapping, ETL processes, and transformation techniques to ensure seamless data integration
Understanding of microservices principles, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
Exceptional understanding of relational database concepts, including data modeling and querying
Expert understanding of Oracle, PL/SQL
An ability to work independently across multiple projects, and to meet deadlines
Strong customer-facing skills, project management skills, along with strong analytical skills to ensure successful customer demonstrations and implementations
Excellent organizational skills and experience managing product implementations; able to self-organize and execute tasks using JIRA
Project management expertise and technical/business skills (using Smartsheet or similar application) and can effectively translate project requirements into sound business solutions and deliver those solutions within required timeline
Teamwork – can effectively support performing teams and lead, indirectly, other team members
Ability to travel up to 15%
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong teamwork skills, including the ability to collaborate with teams in different geographic regions
Strong planning, scheduling, organization skills
Strong curiosity and drive to uncover root cause of incidents and find solutions
Strong desire to develop deep industry knowledge and increase autonomy as product and industry knowledge increases, becoming a mentor to other employees
