Responsibilities
Compile and maintain records for hospital DSH programs, bad debt logs, Accounts Receivable contractual allowances, and annual Cost Reports
Create and execute patient detail reports to perform deep-dive data analytics with a focus on financial impacts and future projections
Partner with the Manager of Revenue Integrity, Senior Financial Analysts, and the Decision Support team on various ad hoc projects
Ensure financial data integrity to support long-term fiscal planning and organizational stability
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting within a hospital or health system setting
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
