Responsibilities
Lead architectural design sessions focused on AI Experience and platform solutions, transforming customer requirements into actionable blueprints
Demonstrate platform capabilities through in-depth technical presentations, highlighting integration options and fostering confidence in the solution’s technical foundation
Develop proofs of concept and technical validation frameworks for customers in your designated districts
Work closely with AI Experience Solution Consultants to ensure alignment between solution blueprints, customer priorities, and workshop outcomes
Create and contribute to reusable assets, reference architectures, and industry patterns to enhance team productivity and support consistent, high-quality delivery at scale
Qualification
Required
Expertise in AI architecture, workflow automation, and integration frameworks
Skilled in designing scalable, high-performance end-to-end solutions with rapid implementation
Strong collaboration across sales, specialist, and product teams
Proven ability to quickly establish technical credibility and influence customer architectural direction
Over 7 years of experience in architecture or pre-sales engineering roles
